Released a new release Chakra 2012.8 Claire, in memory of Claire Lotion. As in previous versions, Chakra GNU / Linux 2012.08 is no graphical interface for package management, because «Appset-qt, GUI for pacman, not processing complex updates properly."
As the working environment will be used in the Claire series KDE SC 4.9.x. Among the new Chakra GNU / Linux 2012.08 - ported from Pardus desktop configuration tool «Kaptan» (in Chakra is called «Kapudan») and a new design theme «Dharma». Added means of notification of available updates for Simple Pacman - «spun». The assembly is built on the kernel 3.4.6 (optional kernel 3.0.35 is available).
